Update: Chemical mapping of charged and discharged states of prelithiated anodes in Li-ion capacitors

Publications

  • The result will be part of a publication titled ”Fabrication of high energy density lithium ion capacitor for health sensor and IoT sensor platform”. The work will be submitted to Advanced Functional Materials.  
  • An invention disclosure and provisional patent based on the prelithiation technology was filed on “Method of making high volumetric energy density lithium ion capacitor” (Application No. 63/147,965, February 2021). 

Grant Proposals

  • “Development of high energy density electrochemical capacitors” – funded by NSF ASSIST ERC 
  •  “High Energy Batteries for electric flights” – funded by Phase I STTR project with FaradPower Inc. 

Presentations

  • The work will be part of a poster and oral presentation to be presented in the 240th ECS meeting, October 10 -14, 2021, Orlando, FL. Abstract is currently being submitted.
